    • Stay Tuned for details....
  • Gym usage: We are short one gym this year for practices, as compared to last year, so we will work hard at making things as transparent as possible using a Google Doc. We will have to have some morning practices as well. IF/WHEN we endure inclement weather and a practice is scheduled, ATHLETES do have the right to not attend. SAFETY of our students is ALWAYS #1.
  • HUGE "Thank You" to:
    • Fall sports workers, volunteers, and ticket takers
    • Maintenance crews/Custodians/Secretaries for help with set up and preparation for volleyball, cross country, and football games - we couldn't do this without you!

JH GBB is off and running. Come out and positively support them on their exploration.

There are many "SPOKES" in a tire that makes it roll smoothly. These same components are those of a TEAM. If one element is taken out, the tire will not function properly.

Everyone standing on this Earth will experience "ups and downs." We are judged on how we handle ourselves in all of the situations.

Winter is a long season. We all need to avoid drama when possible, and learn from the experiences to make you a better competitor.

As fans/parents/coaches/participants we have to remember that losing a game doesn't mean that it is a complete failure. There needs to be a common understanding that learning from a loss can actually make a person stronger than a meaningless win.

Stay strong and be a great role model. They need and want you to be a positive influence/advocate for them individually and for the team they are on.

Continue Ahead Cadets!  Have a great week!
