Extra/Co-Curricular activities allow and offer students to build relationships and trust within their teams.  They also learn to build trust and learn how to work as a team to accomplish a common goal.  These skills will last a lifetime and are purposeful and meaningful to everyone involved.

Great teams are made by taking small consistent steps in the right direction and creating a "team" driven focus.

Parents-  This is a great checklist.  We need to let our students enjoy their moments and encourage them to participate without the added pressures.  Forming a POSITIVE alliance between coaches, parents, and students is the key for an overall successful season.

You can't worry about or change the past.  All you can do is learn from it and continue ahead.

We are ALL here for our students and want what is best for them.  They are our future and each individual has their own way of learning.  Students who find that passion for what they like and have a say in what they learn is only empowering the educational system that much better.
