55,728 meals packaged!!!!!

Cadet Nation came together last Thursday to make a difference. Partnering with Meals from the Heartland, with financial support from Keith and Eileen Denner, students PK-12, staff and adult volunteers packaged over 50,000 meals!  As recently been shared, Howard-Winn is focused on finding kid's passions, connecting them with professions, and developing the GRIT to get there.

The Meal packaging event, along with having Trevor Ragan from TRAIN UGLY, and Max Garcia at Howard-Winn are all designed to develop a positive Growth Mindset. Our Nation's leaders of tomorrow are being developed today at 2020 Howard-Winn.

Crestwood High School: Perfect Attendance
Through the first quarter, 64 students, in grades 9-12 (16%) had PERFECT ATTENDANCE! This is GREAT.  These students are examples and models of what employers are looking for: be where you are suppose to be when you are suppose to be there!  KEEP IT UP!

Learning at 2020 Howard-Winn last week looked like....

Looking ahead.....
